This Privacy Policy explains how Lowental Hybrid Ltd. ("Lowental Hybrid", "we", "us") collects and uses personal information through www.lowental-hybrid.com and its contact form. Lowental Hybrid is the owner and controller of the database in which this information is kept.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us through the contact form:

  • Contact details: full name, business email, phone number, position, LinkedIn profile

  • Company details: company name, division, company website, company address, country

  • Inquiry details: topic of inquiry, UAV platform or application, your message

  • How you heard about us, and any details you add about the source

  • Your confirmation that you agree to this Privacy Policy

Information collected automatically: when you browse the website, our hosting provider and any analytics tools may record technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and visit time. See Section 6 on cookies.

We do not ask for sensitive information (such as health, biometric or financial data). Please do not include it in your message.

 

3. Why we use it, and whether you must provide it

You are not legally required to provide any information to us. Providing it depends on your free will and consent. Fields marked as mandatory on the form are needed to handle your inquiry; if you do not fill them in, we will not be able to receive or answer it.

 

We use your information to:

  1. Respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about it

  2. Assess and manage business opportunities, including recording you as a business contact or lead in our customer relationship management (CRM) system

  3. Send you information about our products, services and events, where you have agreed to receive it (see Section 5)

  4. Analyse, in aggregate, how visitors find us and improve our website and marketing

  5. Comply with legal obligations, including export control and defense-trade regulations that apply to our products

  6. Protect our rights and handle legal claims

For visitors in the European Economic Area or the UK, our legal bases are: steps you request before entering a contract, our legitimate interest in handling business inquiries and developing business relationships, your consent (for marketing), and compliance with legal obligations.

 

4. Where your information is stored

Your information is kept in our business contacts database. We use trusted service providers who process it on our behalf and only according to our instructions:

Some of these providers store data outside Israel, including in the European Union and the United States. We transfer information abroad only in accordance with the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 2001, for example to countries with an adequate level of protection or under a binding commitment by the recipient to protect the data.

 

5. Sharing and marketing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

  • With the service providers listed in Section 4

  • With our professional advisers (lawyers, accountants, auditors) under confidentiality duties

  • With authorities where required by law, including export control and defense-trade authorities

  • With a buyer or successor if Lowental Hybrid is merged, acquired or reorganised, subject to this policy

Marketing communications. If you contact us about our products or services, we may occasionally send you information about similar products, services and events, as permitted by section 30A of the Israeli Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982. The contact form notifies you of this and lets you refuse by ticking "I do not wish to receive product updates and news"; if you do, we will not send you such messages. We send marketing messages only to people who have contacted us or with whom we have a business relationship. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also opt out at any time by writing to info@lowental-hybrid.com, and we will stop sending you marketing messages.

 

6. Retention, security and cookies

Retention. We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to handle it and manage the business relationship. 

Security. We protect your information with reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures in line with the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 2017, including access limited to authorised staff, encrypted connections and reputable cloud providers. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies. The website may use cookies and similar technologies that are needed for it to work, and, with your consent where required, analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then not work properly. We currently use: (a) essential cookies set by Wix, our website platform, to operate the site and remember your preferences; and (b) Google Analytics, which collects information such as pages visited, browser, device and approximate location to help us understand how the site is used. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

 

7. Your rights and how to contact us

Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law you may:

  • Access the information we hold about you (section 13)

  • Ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated (section 14)

  • Ask us to remove you from any list used for direct marketing (section 17F)

Visitors in the European Economic Area or the UK also have the rights to erasure, restriction, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent, and may complain to their local data protection authority.

To exercise your rights, email info@lowental-hybrid.com. We may ask you to verify your identity, and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

Children. The website is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes. We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with its effective date.
