Propulsion Engineer (Mechanical)
A leading company in the field of hybrid propulsion systems, specializing in cutting-edge technologies for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and drones, is seeking a Hands-On Hybrid Propulsion Engineer to join our development team. This role involves active participation in all stages of development and testing, mechanical design of engine components and propulsion systems, and creative design solutions for an innovative product. Key Responsibilities
- Mechanical design and development of engine components and hybrid propulsion systems for UAVs and drones.
- Hands-On involvement in all project phases: from initial design, through testing and engine trials (in the lab or field), to integration with software and electronics teams.
- Leading projects and tackling technical challenges, including developing innovative and creative design solutions for cutting-edge products.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electronics, CAD, software, etc.) to achieve development objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering – mandatory.
- Previous experience in the field of drones/UAVs – mandatory.
- Specialization or prior experience with internal combustion engines – a significant advantage.
