Electronics Engineer (NPI)
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test PCB layouts and schematics using industry-standard tools.
- Own and manage a PLC through all it’s stages, engineering BOMs, production files, and product configurations across design revisions and production stages.
- Generate and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including assembly, inspection and ATP instructions, schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Perform hands-on assembly, soldering, wiring, and testing of prototypes.
- Run and test engines, debug and troubleshoot hardware and firmware issues during prototyping and testing phases.
- Support production, manage MRB’s and solve problems for assurance of supply.
- Actively participate in design reviews with mechanical, electronics, control, and software.
- Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure efficient data transition.
- Maintain version control, change history, and traceability across hardware configurations.
Qualifications
Key Skills
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, or related field - must.
- 3+ years of experience in electronics hardware development - must.
- Experience in NPI, electronics integration, or hardware product development - must.
- Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing, including PCB fabrication, assembly and testing processes – must.
- Hands-on experience building and testing hardware prototypes - must.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary products, including mechanical integration and embedded software considerations – advantage.
- Familiarity with embedded systems, sensor integration, or power electronics – strong advantage.
- Skills in embedded firmware development – strong advantage.
- Experience in UAV, aerospace, or defense sectors – advantage.
- Proficiency with tools such as Altium, SolidWorks, Git, PLM/PDM systems, and office-based document control – strong advantage.

Head of Sales & Business Development
We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Head of Sales & Business Development to lead our commercial activities. This role requires both strategic thinking and active execution—from identifying opportunities and engaging customers to closing deals and representing the company in the field. The position includes working closely with UAV manufacturers, integrators, and global partners across both defense and commercial sectors.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based primarily at our headquarters in Rehovot, Israel, with some flexibility and international travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global sales efforts, from prospecting to deal closure, with defense and commercial UAV manufacturers.
- Identify, prioritize, and pursue new business opportunities in line with the company’s strategic goals.
- Engage directly with customers and partners, conduct meetings and product presentations.
- Develop and manage relationships with international agents and representatives.
- Coordinate marketing and business development efforts in target geographies.
- Prepare business proposals and collaborate with the CEO and technical teams on client-facing content.
- Support participation in international exhibitions and business delegations.
- Maintain a structured sales process, including CRM, pipeline tracking, and regular reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in sales or business development in aerospace, defense, or high-tech industries – required.

Electronics Technician
A leading company in hybrid propulsion systems, specializing in innovative technologies for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and drones, is looking for a hands-on Electronics Technician to join our development team. This role includes active participation in all stages of development, integration, and testing of electronic systems, including designing and manufacturing electronic components and advanced wiring systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and development of electrical circuits and harnesses for UAVs and drones.
- Integration of electronic and mechanical systems, including real-time troubleshooting.
- Preparation of production files for printed circuit boards and electrical harnesses, including drawings and manufacturing instructions.
- Laboratory testing and system validation, including using advanced measurement tools (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, voltage and current meters, etc.).
- Supporting quality control processes and ongoing maintenance of electronic systems.
- Performing repair work and fine soldering on electronic circuits.
Qualifications
- Certified Electronics Technician from a recognized institution – mandatory.
Key Skills
- At least 2-3 years of experience working with complex electronic systems – mandatory (preferably in the aviation or embedded systems field).
- Experience in assembling, testing, and integrating electronic boards – mandatory.
- Experience with circuit and harness design software such as KiCad, Eagle – mandatory.
