NPI Mechanical Engineer
- A leading company developing advanced hybrid propulsion systems for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) is seeking an NPI Mechanical Engineer to join its engineering team.
- This is a hands-on NPI role with direct responsibility for transitioning products from development to serial production, both in-house and with subcontractors. The NPI Mechanical Engineer plays a central role in product industrialization, documentation control, engineering change management, and multidisciplinary system integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes from development through production.
- Manage and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
- Build, maintain, and control Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including:
• Assembly instructions
• Test procedures
• Validation and verification reports
- Execute product validation and qualification tests.
- Support system integration and production ramp-up activities.
- Troubleshoot product performance issues across mechanical, electrical, and software interfaces.
- Work closely with R&D, electronics, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – mandatory.
- 3–5 years of relevant industry experience in NPI, product industrialization, or production engineering – mandatory.
- High level of English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams – mandatory.
- Experience in startup or fast-growing technology companies – advantage.
- Experience in UAV companies and/or military-grade products – strong advantage.
- Strong CAD experience, preferably SolidWorks – advantage.
- Knowledge of electrical boards and electronic system integration – advantage.

Embedded Software Engineer

is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to join its core engineering team.
- This is a hands-on real-time embedded role with direct responsibility for firmware development and hardware–software integration in complex electro-mechanical systems. The Embedded Software Engineer plays a central role in system realization, working closely with electronics, mechanics, and system engineering to deliver robust, production-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop real-time embedded software in C/C++ for mission-critical systems.
- Design and implement bare-metal firmware and low-level drivers.
- Implement and maintain hardware communication interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C, Serial).
- Take hands-on responsibility for HW–SW integration and board-level bring-up.
- Participate in system architecture and software design discussions.
- Debug complex HW–SW issues using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers).
- Support system integration, validation, and verification activities.
- Contribute to internal development standards and software quality practices.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Software Engineering / Computer Science – mandatory.
- At least 5 years of experience in real-time embedded software development (C/C++) – mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with bare-metal and firmware development – mandatory.
- Experience with hardware interfaces and communication protocols (UART / SPI / I2C / Serial) –
mandatory.
- Strong experience in embedded systems and HW–SW integration – mandatory.
- Experience working with Git – mandatory.
- Experience working in startup or small-team environments – advantage.
- Familiarity with Microchip microcontrollers – advantage.
- Experience with CAN bus – advantage.
- Experience with FreeRTOS and/or development without an operating system – advantage.
- Experience with Python for tools, testing, or automation – advantage.
