Senior System Engineer
A leading company in the field of advanced hybrid propulsion systems for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and drones is seeking a Senior System Engineer to join our engineering team.
This role combines multidisciplinary system leadership with hands-on understanding of mechanics, electronics, embedded software and integration. It includes responsibility for guiding the engineering team, defining system requirements and architecture, overseeing development and verification activities, and ensuring a smooth transition from development into production.
As the company grows, this position has the potential to evolve into a broader engineering leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a multidisciplinary engineering team (mechanical, electronics, embedded software).
- Oversee system-level design, integration, and verification across all engineering domains.
- Define system requirements, engineering specifications, interfaces, and design documentation.
- Prepare and present design reviews and technical discussions internally and with customers.
- Manage system integration activities, testing plans, and resolution of technical issues.
- Drive the transition from development to production, including configuration definition, production documentation, and alignment with QA and suppliers.
- Work closely with customer engineering teams in the defense UAV domain, translating operational needs into engineering requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Aerospace or related) – mandatory.
- Electric Engineering - Advantage.
- Master’s degree in System Engineering – advantage.
- 5+ years of engineering leadership experience in multidisciplinary systems.
- Proven experience managing or guiding teams in mechanical/electrical/software development.
- Strong experience writing engineering documents and presenting design reviews.
- Hands-on familiarity with development, verification, integration, and transition-to-production processes.
- Experience working directly with customer engineering teams in complex/defense systems – advantage.
- High-level English (documentation, communication).

Electronics Technician
A leading company in hybrid propulsion systems, specializing in innovative technologies for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and drones, is looking for a hands-on Electronics Technician to join our development team. This role includes active participation in all stages of development, integration, and testing of electronic systems, including designing and manufacturing electronic components and advanced wiring systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and development of electrical circuits and harnesses for UAVs and drones.
- Integration of electronic and mechanical systems, including real-time troubleshooting.
- Preparation of production files for printed circuit boards and electrical harnesses, including drawings and manufacturing instructions.
- Laboratory testing and system validation, including using advanced measurement tools (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, voltage and current meters, etc.).
- Supporting quality control processes and ongoing maintenance of electronic systems.
- Performing repair work and fine soldering on electronic circuits.
Qualifications
- Certified Electronics Technician from a recognized institution – mandatory.
Key Skills
- At least 2-3 years of experience working with complex electronic systems – mandatory (preferably in the aviation or embedded systems field).
- Experience in assembling, testing, and integrating electronic boards – mandatory.
- Experience with circuit and harness design software such as KiCad, Eagle – mandatory.
- Experience in repair work and fine soldering – mandatory.
- Familiarity with aviation/military standards – an advantage.
- Problem-solving skills and creative thinking in developing and integrating electronic systems.
- Ability to work in a team with excellent interpersonal skills.
