BY ACCESSING THE SITE AND/OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY (THE “PRIVACY POLICY“), INCLUDING TO THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION (AS DEFINED BELOW) IN THE EVENT YOU DECIDE TO PROVIDE US WITH SUCH IN OUR SITE’S FORM. WHICH INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT ON OUR USERS
We may collect two types of data and information from our Users:
a. The first type of information is non-identifiable and anonymous information (“Non-personal Information”). We are not aware of the identity of the User from which we have collected the Non-personal Information. Non-Personal Information is any unconcealed information which is available to us while Users are using the Site. If you request a change to or deleting of your personal information, please note that we may still need to retain certain information for record keeping purposes, and/or complete any transactions that you began prior to requesting such change or deletion. Some of your information may also remain within our systems and other records where necessary for compliance with applicable law.
HOW DO WE USE INFORMATION COLLECTED
We use information that we collect for lawful purposes associated with the growth, maintenance and management of our website, while also respecting your privacy. DELETION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

MINORS

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
The terms of this Privacy Policy will govern the use of the Site and any information collected therein. Lowental Hybrid reserves the right to change this policy at any time, so please re-visit this page frequently.
